I ordered a furnace and they…
I ordered a furnace and they immediately charged my credit card. 24 hours later I received an email saying that the furnace was not available. Then after 5 days and 3 emails from me I was told that they have not had the furnace in stock for several weeks and they asked if I wanted a refund. After complaining and asking why they charged me for a furnace that was not in stock their customer service representative became very rude and tried to place the blame on me saying I should not have ordered a furnace that was out of stock. I went back to their website and was unable to find any mention of the furnace being out of stock. After several emails and 5 days I finally got a refund. This company is crooked in my opinion. After reading the reply from suburban RV parts I went back to the website and nowhere on their website does it state that this furnace is out of stock. These people are wrong and they don’t even know what is on their own website. I do most of my shopping online and I have never had a merchant charge my credit card for an item that was out of stock. Every other merchant that I have dealt with will not allow me to place an order for something that is out of stock. These people are wrong and they continue to try to place the blame on me instead of owning up to their mistake.

Steven, You ordered a furnace that was clearly stated as out of stock directly above the Add to Cart button on the website. You responded to the email we sent telling you that this was stated as out of stock, the day before Christmas weekend when we were not open. You then proceeded to write us threatening emails in which you swore at us several times. Merchant processors charge every customer immediately upon purchase, this is not up to us and is done so to verify that a charge is not fraudulent. We are crooked in no way and accommodate our customers as best as they will allow us to.
