Not even the right part after sending model number of the WH and a photo of the part that I am needing.

One ordered item was missing from the shipment (dual igniter). No customer service support available. No response to multiple email attempts. Email address for contact was invalid and returned and could not be delivered. The telephone number listed for customer support was only a recorded message instructing to use email. No option for leaving a voice mail message. Had to order the missing item from another vendor. Will not do any future business with Suburbanrvparts based on the facts that one paid for item was never delivered and there is no form of customer support.

Hello Vern, I am sorry to hear you are upset but we never received information from you about this. All items were send but the igniter was sent in a separate package on the 27th. Tracking is showing that this may be lost in the mail so we will have to file a claim with the carrier. Please understand that this is a fault of the shipping carrier. I apologize again for the inconvenience

Terrible customer service. Never got a shipping confirmation, left several voicemails, sent a message as well, heard nothing back! Was not sent any notification that a part could not be ordered. Would not order from here again!

Hello Bradley, I am sorry to hear you are upset but we sent you three different emails including your tracking information. One of the parts you ordered was out of stock which was refunded and the others were sent which have already been delivered.

I could not reach anyone by phone and inquiry via email did not happen until after I ordered the product, which to my knowledge has still not been shipped. Poor communication and poor customer service

After a few weeks, the tracking of package has not started. Was not able to receive an estimated time of arrival. There was no reason determined for delay and I would have liked to have a reason.

Defective part. I tried to get refund but then they wanted to talk to technician I used. Way to much trouble. $100 wasted to fix my heater.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied Cari but the part you ordered was to replace a failed part and this board worked and then failed again. This indicates an issue with the wiring and not the board. If the part is defective, Suburban will handle the replacement of this so you will need to reach out to them.

Wade, You placed your order on the 1st which was a Sunday. The 2nd was a federal holiday in which freight carriers do not operate so your order went out on the 3rd and was delivered on the 5th. Exactly inside the 2nd day air timeframe.
