Excellent customer service responses for questions I had about parts needed. And great delivery timing.

I purchased a small part, which I was pleased to learn was available for a 17 year old stove. Order was shipped quickly. Parts were very expensive though.

Great product-exactly what I was looking for at a great price!

I found their website on a Sunday. I told them what it was I needed and asked for help. At 8:15 Monday morning I had a response with part number. I ordered it and it showed up the next afternoon. It was the correct part the first time and well ahead of the projected delivery time. I’ll use them again.

I was looking for an out of stock, no longer made part for my Suburban cooktop. Unfortunately for me, these folks didn't have or have access to the part I needed. However, despite the fact that they knew they weren't about to make a sale, they continued to go the extra mile to help me out with information I hadn't had on hand and they steered me in the right direction to try to find what I needed. I would definitely recommend them as a company with excellent customer care.
