Suburbanrvparts were able to find the obscure part I needed quickly and I placed my order and it arrived and was installed with no problems. My only complaint was the price, it was expensive, then the shipping too was kind of pricey. But, that said, I placed the order, knowing the expense and it arrived with no issues. The stove part was perfect and SuburbanRv found exactly what I needed, so I cannot complain too much.

Ordering was fast and easy but it's been 7 days and am still waiting on the delivery. Don't have a tracking number so don't know where the item is or when it will be delivered.

Parts all arrived on same day, exactly what I ordered, and worked GREAT. Looks like the warehouse is used to shipping LARGER orders. The screw was in one package, the two bolts were in another package.

my mistake! water heater- TERRIBLE customer service!!! Still trying to return a water heater, no answer or return call, no answer on website, now have a 10 gal Suburban water heater brand new, can't use sitting in our garage- This was RV PARTS COUNTRY- The Suburban rv parts order was received quickly, change star to 4, the packaging could have been better, the part is not damaged but sure could have been

The only reason I picked 4 stars instead of 5 is the outrageous shipping costs of Suburban Parts. I needed just 2 small rubber grommets about the size of a quarter, they could have been placed in a #10 envelope and shipped first class for minimal costs. Instead I had to pay $9.00 (parts were $9.34!!!) to ship the grommets to me. Absolutely ridiculous, but if you have to have a part you don't have much choice.

Part came in and bolted right up. Had to replace the burner knob regulators from my old one due to caps not fitting ( newer had larger thread size). Overall works fine now.
