I needed a grate for my RV stove. After placing my order I was informed that the grate was out of stock. I was offered a 2-pack, which I thought was a pack of 2 grates, which seemed silly to buy 2 grates and the store person agreed but said they could not split a 2-pack, it would mess up the inventory. So I ordered the 2-pack which came right away but was not 2 grates. The 2-pack is the grate with the 4 rubber grommets. I would suggest you make that more clear in your product listing. Anyway, the grate is fine and I have spare grommets.

Got my parts. One miss shipped part but they made it right without a big hassle. My heater is back to working right.

My glass cooktop cover on the RV lost a couple of it's plastic retainer nuts and the top came loose. The only place I could find replacements was SuburbanRVParts. I ordered the replacements and they were an exact match. Order arrived in less than a week. My only issue was the price of $7 ea. ($9 ea.w/shipping). for small plastic nut. I guess that's a small price to pay compared to having to replace the whole glass stove top cover. Overall, very good service.

This Furnace Access Door is exactly the correct item I needed. I was able to install it fairly easy. I gave it 4 stars only because of poor packaging which caused one corner being bent. Packaging was torn in two places. Product is good , packaging is a concern.

Received my new board and it installed easily. Customer service was superior. Thank you.

Listing showed 15.5 inch but measures 15.25 in , fits lose in oven.

I was disappointed when I placed my order because it did not give me an approximate day for delivery. Everything else was good and went smoothly. When I didn’t get my package within four days I try to contact you but unfortunately I could not find A number to call. Eventually I found a form or I could talk via email. I am happy to say that the day I called checking on the part is the day that I received it. Thank you.

We were very happy with the service we got from Suburban Parts. The timeliness that you handled or request was wonderful. Just one minor problem with the shipping however. I would appreciate it if in the future that you NO NOT use the USPS. Total screwups. The part made it too our post office and they decided it was undeliverable. Now the item is in route to the dead letter office in Atlanta, Georgia and, because the item was not valued at $25.00 or more, it will be destroyed. I have to order this part again. Thank you for your consideration.
