Easy to place an order and super fast shipping!

Very glad to find the item on your website. I ordered it and it came to me quickly. The box did take some damage, but the part was not damaged. The camper stove cover was glass. We didn't realize you couldn't cook on it and when we heated it, it shattered. I am replacing it with a solid metal top.

Part fit as advertised, service and delivery were great.

The part came in a very timely manner and worked perfect. Great company to work with.

Thank you very much

Communication is a little lacking when it comes to trying to call to discuss parts which lead me to order the wrong part. However, the information on the website. navigating etc is very easy.

Everything was great. My parts were shipped within 24 hours of placing the order and were well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Tracking number was available with a link very soon after shipping. Looking forward to working with Suburban again.

The stovetop I was sent is exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased.
