I cannot believe that for the third time trying to order the right part, following the instructions of the company, I have again received the wrong part!!! Ok! The fort two times were my fault. I went mainly by the pictures and they were the wrong pictures. Not entirely my fault! I was told later they use stock photos which may not be correct! No kidding??? I was instructed to follow a link for the correct part. I did. And guess what??? Wrong part again!!! Now I’m out 60$ and still don’t have the correct part!!! I just want the correct part! Please!!!!

My first product arrived damaged in shipment. I contacted customer service, emailed them pictures of damage product. Customer service quickly resolved the issue by sending a new product to me. The second item arrived quickly and in good condition. Many thanks to Suburbanrvparts customer service for a job well done. As need arises I will order additional items from them.

Very happy, I received the right part and it was shipped very quickly.

My RV furnace was working only intermittently so for $100 Suburban RV Parts mailed me a new circuit board. 5 or six days later it came in the mail. Got the right part fort the right price and the desired result. Can't beat a deal like that!
