We have a 1999 international school bus we have converted to an rv. We went back and forth deciding which type of heat source we wanted to heat the bus with and settled on a furnace. Purchased a 19,000 btu ducted furnace from suburbanrvparts.com following a shopping list of emails back and forth with their customer service dept. I never got the feeling they were tired of my many many emails. Only that they were happy to help with whatever I needed. I sent them my basic information on what we were building and they sent me back a few options and helped me settle on the right unit for our application. Along the way they helped with what thermostat to use, questions on plumbing the propane to the furnace. Shipping questions. You name it, the help was always there in a returned email usually within 1 business day. Hands down without a doubt I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a furnace for their camper, or a custom build like we have done. 5 stars is not enough!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Good parts and price

Ordered a circuit board for Suburban Furnace Model SF-35Q. Received Part #521099 3G Fan Control Module. Qualified Service agent installed. The furnace came on but would not shut off. It took awhile but Suburban refunded our purchase. I appreciate company's who take care of their customers when a product does not operate properly. Highly recommend Suburban RV Parts & will use them again when I need other parts.

I ordered a part to fix my Suburban furnace. My tech worked with a service member of Suburbanrvparts to identify that the replacement part was faulty. The supplier of the parts to Suburbanrvparts says they will deal with any returns. When I contacted that company they were unwilling to speak with me, the customer. When I went back to Suburbanrvparts their customer service rep went the extra mile for my sake and quickly resolved the issue and got a replacement part in the mail. My furnace is now working. Thank you to the person who helped resolve this for me.
