It would be a 4 star review because everything came when it was supposed to, but being I never got a tracking number as promised in the confirmation email, and we live on the road, we weren't sure if our items were even shipped until they arrived and set on the campground owners porch for days. After spending almost $800, I wanted to know where my items where.

Trough Suburban RV Parts I was able to find the stove knobs no one else had. Only one piece arrived in the mail, but the second was overnighted to me.

I am happy but HOW DO I TURN THE HEAT Down?! Even on low it is too hot

Ordering and shipping process worked great. Product fit perfectly. However, $20 for a nylon nut and bolt was much more expensive than I anticipated.

Cover fit good, came with a krinkle in one of the corners.

I bought the cover for the stove. I had to modify the counter to accept the drop in and followed the instructions that came with the cover. Everything worked perfectly. Love having the stove covered and more counter space!

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I was never given a tracking number for my order. I also sent a question requesting the specific length of the oven thermocouple I needed, since the description did not give that detail. I had removed the faulty thermocouple, measured the length, and wanted a simple specific answer before I ordered a replacement. I never received it. The only information I could find was 'this part will fit your oven'. Descriptions like that have a tendency to leave me skeptical. I did order the part, as we are preparing to start our camping season. It did fit, and it does work.
