I received the wrong part twice. But the person who helped me with the returns was great.

Parts ordered were not in stock. They were not shipped.

Wrong part. Frustrating but not their fault.

Poor customer service & slow shipping. The part was correct. They claimed they shipped my order on 6/10 but the post office didn't receive it until the 6/14. I get it , the post office is not know for good service but to sit on it for 4 days, I don't believe it. So it took 6 days to ship my order from Spokane to Spokane! Their response was, well you got your order within 10 days. I ordered from these guys because they have distribution center in Spokane, how did that work for me. The USPS distribution center is 6-7 miles from my house.

Order was cancelled shortly after I placed it. So I never received anything.

I think the shipping was wasteful and expensive. I ordered a small plastic nut and bolt combo. Less than an ounce in weight. I was charged $9 for shipping and it came in 2 separate boxes about 6"×6"×6" in size. It could have been shipped USPS in a padded envelope for $1.50. However, the product was as advertised and exactly what I needed.

Parts ordered on the 17th shipped on the 18, no tracking number available or way to call and get a tracking number, just a web form. One week later and i am thinking i should order from somewhere else.

We placed our order on April 13 and received no information for several days after; we had to contact your company and only then did someone apologize because the order had not even been processed! Today is April 27 and the item still says it is "AWAITING SHIPMENT". We paid more for this part on your site hoping that your higher price would include better service. It's terrible that you do not communicate with the customer if you are having an issue or if you don't even have the part in stock. It's even worse for my family to continue without hot water with no end in sight. Taking a person's money without delivery or explanation really takes away their options. We hope this is resolved soon!
