Suburbanrvparts had to send a replacement for one of the parts I ordered due to poor packaging as the item was received damaged and unusable. The second shipment arrived mildly damaged but usable. Both times they shipped a metal cylindrical blower motor fan in a plastic envelope with little or no protection. This item should have been shipped in a cardboard box with packing material to protect it during shipment. This issue delayed the repair of by furnace by at least a week.

Part got here quickly and was easy to maneuver the website. However, I needed to call after I made the order and there is no number to call them!

I received no tracking numbers so I was unable to tell when my furnace was going to arrive.

When I first connected you about the replacement SF-42H I was informed that the only difference between the 42H and 42Q was that the 42Q was only 2 inches shorter (7-1/2 vs 9 inches) in height. Other than that they were the same. I had intended to install the furnace myself but I am glad I changed my mind. It took our local RV repairman close to three hours install the furnace. Yes the 42Q is just 2 inches shorter than the 42H BUT everything in relation to that difference also changes. As far as the unit goes, it works great. But please note this to other potential buyers about this "small" difference.

We received an email a few hours after we placed our order that stated the parts had shipped. Waited a week and emailed back to ask for the tracking number. Next day we received a tracking number and a box with 3 of 4 parts. Found out the tracking number was for the missing part which we received a couple days later. It would be nice to receive tracking number(s) when the part ships and also a phone number to call when you have a question.

The glass on top of my RV range brook, I ordered a new glass. After receiving the new glass, it came as a complete assemble which included a frame that mounts under the range. I do not need the frame, I'm not sure why the glass came with a frame. I tried to remove the plastic fasteners. In doing so, the plastic bolt keeps spinning as I try to un-screw the nut. There is no way to hold the bolt and un-screw the nut at the same time. The frame sits under the range top. Now I have to take the trailer to a repair shop to have the range removed and then have the glass and frame installed.

I ordered an RV water heater access door from Suburban on July 27, 2020 and was charged $53+ to my credit card. A couple days later, I was notified via e-mail the door was out-of-stock and would be credited the charge to my credit card within two days. After 9 days I still had not received the credit to my card and I e-mailed them to remind them that I wanted my refund. They finally credited back the charges. I believe this company should have the capability to inform buyers they are out-of-stock before they take your money; most on-line sellers do.

Y’all did great when I needed parts for my water heater. When I search the website for interior lights you showed me water heater parts and stove parts. I did find my interior lights from another supplier. I did email inquiring information on interior lights but did not receive an answer In a timely fashion.
