I didn’t get my parts due to the fact your Canadian branch was out of stock. I did receive a full refund however I would have preferred to get the parts I need to fix my rv oven.

Stated they had the part in stock ordered it paid for it then they called and said they did not have it they did refund that I'm out no problem just really needed to part

There was an issue with my order and I tried reaching out via text twice, the only method available, to get it resolved. No response. Very disappointing! Response is absurd…order was placed under a different name which is so noted on the review.

I purchased the items and paid for 3 day special delivery! 8 days later I received the two items. The items look good, but I haven't installed them yet.

Your interface was relatively easy to navigate, but that's about all I can commend about your on-line service. My need was simple -- to replace the burner grate grommets on the Suburban cooktop in my 2018 Escape (Canadian) trailer. I could not find my specific cooktop (SDS2) anywhere on your site. The one expanded diagram of a cooktop I found included a grommet part that looked vaguely like what I needed and was labeled 'Fits most models', so I ordered part #071129. This was listed as a '4-pack', so I ordered 2, to accommodate the 8 legs of my cooktop's grates. What I got was exactly 2 grommets, rather than 8, and they were far too big for my appliance. I submitted a message on your site about this, but have received no e-mail reply.
