I ordered a new door for my Suburban oven. It took three months to get here. When it got here the glass in the door was upside down. I contacted them and have been trying to get it replaced since then. It is almost August and we keep getting the same response "I'm working on it" but nothing. You can only contact them by email. Do not work with this company.

Ordered a part on June 25. Contacted company via website to check status of order. No response. Texted company to check on status of order. No response. Now July 10th No part and No response. Will not deal with SuburbanRVParts again.

Part arrived broken. Would like to exchange this one for another unbroken part. The crack runs through the sprue which is where the plastic is injected into the mold.

Bought a Furrion Refrigerator from the Back In Mid Febuary. Intsalled it and to out for the first time last weekend. The refrigerator would not stay cold in the frig. compartment. even got a tech to com out and look at it. It turns out the electrical baffle between the freezer and frig. id in the closed position and will not open up. to let cold air into compartment. Talke to Lippert Support and they said there are no parts to fix this, that the whole frig. has to be replaced. tried contacting FurrionRVparts.com several time, and they will not get back to me. But they took MY $2,300 money quick. may have to file civil suit.

These people suck it large -I ordered a furnace online pay for it to be overnighted which they didn’t overnight. It called me three days later told me they wanted another $150 because the system made a mistake. I told him it wasn’t my problem that their system made a mistake that’s what they sold me. They already took the money out of my bank so they canceled it because I wouldn’t pay another $150. They suck at large. Please tell your friends don’t ever use them there’s too many other options out there.

We apologize for the misunderstanding. We contacted you right away regarding this as expedited shipping for whole units is not an option and the website should not have allowed it to be ordered. The additional cost would have been if you wanted to continue with the expedited shipping which you did not. We then immediately refunded your order. I apologize again for the misunderstanding.

I purchased a grill and needed a part to connect which was available on the website but a week after I ordered you sent me a message stating it was as discontinued. I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. The grill is a newer model. What am I supposed to do with the grill? How could you not carry the part shortly after manufacturing? I can’t find a connector anywhere else. Feels like a scam.

When a special order item is purchased, we need to order this from manufacturing. They then input this into their system and send us information regarding the order. They are an entirely different company from us. When we were informed, we informed you and immediately refunded your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
