Excellent customer service. Had a problem with some parts being delivered across border. They contacted me tried to come up with a solution and when we couldn't make it happen, refunded the money the same day. The rest of the parts showed up in a few days

My order was exactly what I needed. When I ordered I had a problem. I didn’t see if the offer was 1 knob or 3 knobs. I initially thought I may have ordered 9 knobs, since it said three packages sent. A little confusing!
