Overnight shipping took 4 days

We apologize for the delay but unfortunately once a package leaves our facility, we can not control third party carrier shipping delays

Board they sent was not the same as the one it replaced. Now furnace fan won't shut off.
Response from SuburbanRVparts/FurrionRVpartsJan 10, 2024
Hey Jeff, These boards are made by different suppliers which is stated in the product description. They all operate identically so if there is a problem, please contact us so we can determine if installation was done correctly.

Page stated they had enough parts in stock when I ordered. I ordered less than what they had, and then many days later, got a email stating they were sold out. Had a customer who needed the part that week. They were leaving the state. They were accommodating to refund my products. However, I have not received my money back. No phone number to contact them. Have to wait for a email back from them. Not good if even running a small buisness.

Hey James, We are very sorry for any inconvenience. This order was refunded on the requested date and funds were disbursed.

We ordered and paid for a part in July 22 and to date have still not received it. (Nov 23) Must say the email response is good.

$50 for advice is excessive when making a purchase. Shipping isn’t free so it’s prudent to shop all items before making a purchase

After multiple emails and specific explanations the sales rep still got it wrong, in the end I did not get the part I needed. Water heater is still broke with no possibility of a repair, dumb.

I ordered Aug 1st - You can’t tell me we’re my order is- What going on !! You have told me it is a 4-6 week order in your TINY LITTLE RED WARNING UNDER the Order information —- We’re the H is my Glass oven Top —.???
Response from SuburbanRVparts/FurrionRVpartsAug 16, 2023
The part you ordered is clearly stated as a special order item with a 4-6 week lead time. This is due to the fact that the part needs to be ordered from manufacturing and made for your order. We have not hit that lead time yet on the order and it will ship out in the appropriate lead time.

My status never updates. My 1st order still says awaiting shipment and I already received it. I’ve tried to email to get an update with no responses. Please try to update peoples order status so we know what’s going on.
Response from SuburbanRVparts/FurrionRVpartsAug 7, 2023
Hey Trisha, We apologize for the confusion but the parts you ordered are stated as special order items with a 4-6 week lead time before shipment. These are shipped directly from manufacturing so we do not receive tracking information once these are shipped. We can however request this information on the customer's behalf. If the item is one we have in stock, you will receive an email with tracking information once it leaves our facility.
