Excellent service and quick to respond. Had some issues with door kit i ordered and were easily resolved. No waiting on hold, everything was handled in the first attempt. May i add we love having an endless supply of hot water in the camper. The suburban st-60 works great.

What made the experience great was the fact that the part I ordered was needed right away and someone took the time to let me know that particular part was a special order, so I had to cancel, and you processed the refund very fast.
