Was sent an update that my order shipped. Tried tracking and only the label had been created. Checked a week later and still just a label created, nothing shipped! Tried emailing and got no response!!! This is crazy!!! Terrible experience.

Order was suppose to ship May 20, it is June 4 and still not shipped. Charged $9 to ship it and still do not have it or any shipping information on the tracking number.

No assistance and no pictures in appropriate places to ensure ordering correct part. No response or service when part is wrong. And no response to asks for assistance. Quick service if part had been correct.

Unfortunately, you didn't have the part in stock. My order was cancelled.

I paid extra freight to get it in 3 days. Still has not arrived

Unfortunately when we opened the box the part was not the original part it was the off market brand the box said it was the original but the part itself was marked as the off market . We wanted the original part but we did make it work however i paid for the original part and that is not what i recieved .

I never received the part I ordered!

So far my order is late 3 days late and no one answers the phone when you call to talk to a human being. Suburban RV pars sure did take my money quickly though!
