Have not received ordered part

My part for my oven isn’t available. My oven has probably been used six times and now it’s junk. I won’t ever buy a suburban again you can’t get parts for it.

Still waiting for my order. Ordered it in July and was told one month ago it would be here shortly. Still waiting. I can’t use my oven. Really need my oven door.

package was delivered but I was not home. upon arrival the box was crushed and when I picked it up I could hear the shattered glass rolling around!!! I did not open it and I am taking it to a UPS store tomorrow for return of damaged merchandise.

The wrong part was sent. I called to get support but was told to call the parent company and no help was provided. Now I have the wrong part that needs to be returned.

Took forever to get here and you sent the wrong part. Not what was ordered.

The item I ordered (stove top) was sent damaged. It was chipped on one corner but the box appeared in tact. Now I have to wait longer to get another item shipped that will hopefully be inspected and found to be free of damage before it this $80.00 item is shipped.
