I ordered a new hot water heater access door from Suburbanrvparts and it was damaged when it arrived. Packaging is generic and didn't protect the frame of the door, so it showed up with multiple dents. I sent pictures and asked for a new one, but haven't heard back yet.

Still waiting on my parts its been over two weeks for stove knobs. No updates on the account what is the problem? If you cant deliver then refund my money.

Hi Michael, The knobs that you ordered were stated as out of stock when you ordered them and they have not come back in stock yet. Once they arrive we will ship them out unless you would prefer a refund. We apologize for the inconvenience

This is the first correspondence I have received from your company regarding my order. Nothing from you thanking me for my order and when I should expect for delivery or a tracking number for the shipment. I placed the order along with a 3 day shipping fee. Five business days later I have still not received the parts, in order to fix my heater. I Live in my RV full time and our area is forecasted to have sub-freezing temperatures next week starting 2/11. Please take the time to let me know when I should expect delivery and refund my shipping fee. Thank you

Hello Anthony, We have tried to contact you several times but to no avail. Our emails are most likely being pushed into your spam folder. One of the parts you had ordered was out of stock when you ordered it and did not ship out until it came back in stock. Both parts are set to arrive Thursday and Friday. Ordered an oven door on 10 Dec, received the wrong one on 23 Jan (after telling me it would ship on 31 Jan??) then told me I ordered the wrong one. (I asked them which door to order for the model # on my stove) I was told someone mistakenly sent me the wrong door but I needed to pay a 30% restocking fee now (wth!!). They wouldn't send me a shipping label to return the door either. I am currently out $246.08 for the door and return shipping. I will gladly revise this review as soon as I receive a full refund.

I ordered a replacement glass for My RV stove top. It was delivered shattered. The packaging was not appropriate for glass. There is no phone number to speak with a live person. I sent a request to speak with someone and have yet to receive a response.

I ordered an exhaust kit and it said 7-10 day lead time. I was told it was going to be 3 weeks and I was ok with it. Here we are...6 weeks later with no end in sight. I received 1 out of 6 parts in the kit, they won’t give me a refund because it was “special order”, and they won’t cancel. I’ve already ordered the parts again from somewhere else because I don’t want to wait anymore. AVOID SUBURBANRVPARTS
