Really hard to rate you when I haven't received my order yet, your survey timing is off

Website said (and still says) that the parts I ordered were in stock. When I contacted them to find out when they would ship I was informed that they were out of stock and would be a few weeks.

Wrong part. Control knob for oven Needed to have a d shaped hole with a slot Sent one with a small hole that wouldn’t fit on range Cannot light pilot without the proper control knob

After telling me the following day that my order was out of stock. I had to email 3 times to finally get someone to confirm they would refund me my money..... which I still have not gotten.

Part didn't fit. Should have been more pictures of the part so that I wouldn't have wasted my money. And I didn't even know that the part was delivered because there was no shipping information sent.

I still have not gotten my parts i wish i could have chosen a negative stars

Still waiting to receive my order and have not been able to get a tracking number sent to me. Not impressed
