Made an order for a part. Found out the next day that the part was discontinued. They did refund my order right away and offered the new part number, but their shipping cost made it more expensive than the part on another retailer. Would have been appreciated if the part was listed as discontinued on the site.

Hi Cheryl, You ordered a plastic oven knob. This is most certainly a plastic knob painted as if it were brushed nickel. A knob made out of solid nickel would cost much more than $10.46.

They had a good price for 2 day air shipping then I get an email from them saying that their website is incorrect and it's an extra $51+ . So stuck me with a bigger bill and at the time was sorely pressed for time to get my water heater replaced to move to a different place

The system should not have allowed you to order 2nd day air on a whole water heater which is why we have fixed shipping costs on these. Our cost for expedited shipping is too high to justify on a 45lb item. I apologize for the error but this is what it costs us as well

I ordered a kit of 4 nylon bolts and 4 nylon nuts for a stove top cover that ended up getting shipped out in three packages rather than one of which only two of the three ever made it to me. Had to reorder 3 of the nuts. Didn't get much help on the lost package from USPS or Suburbanrvparts. I'm out an additional $20 or so for having to reorder the 3 nuts.

The parts that you ordered were stated as Out of Stock on the product page above the Add to Cart button when you ordered them and have still not come back in stock.

The part that you ordered is stated on the product page a special order item which has a 4 week lead time before shipment. Your order was placed 7 days ago so it will be another 3 weeks before your item is shipped. This is all stated on the product page where you placed the order

They processed a charge to my credit card only to find out one week later that the item I ordered is not available and they have no expected delivery date!
