I ordered 2 items and only received 1 of the items. Waiting for customer service to make it right and send me the item that wasn’t included in the box I received from them.

No tracking number No telephone number Furnace was bent in multiple places, actually had to use the old shell. I sent emails no response, I would not do business with this company if you don’t have to. Not happy in Kansas

Hi Henry, We are very sorry for the damage caused by the shipping carrier. We received your email and replied and did not hear back. Please contact us through our contact page if you need assistance in the return of the unit which we will have picked up by the delivery company which is standard company policy.

The price quoted turned out to be very expensive by the time exchange was added then 35.00 for shipping and the part ended up being shipped from Cornwall Ontario Canada and I was still charged all American prices.

You guys did not read my email that was placed minutes after my order. I wanted range top grommets added to my order but forgot. When I went back to order them, you folks wanted another $8.50 for shipping, that would have been $18.49 plus tax for 4 small rubber grommets.......Your products are a perfect fit but your customer service needs improvement.........................
