Subsplash is a wonderful app for our ministry. The staff were very helpful as we learned how to use the app. It is also a great price when compared to having an app professionally built.

The service i receive everytime i speak with a representative is excellent! They keep us well informed of updates and tailor conversations asmr products to our ministry needs! This has been great for our ministry!

Easy to use User Interface

I think Subsplash is great
I think Subsplash is great! It would be helpful if it integrated with Planning Center better though. I have to go in and do a lot of rework in Planning Center to get details with contributions to line up.

Subsplash review (pros/cons)
I like aspects of Subsplash's platforms, but there are aspects that drive me crazy. Currently I'm building our website using SnapPages (bringing over content from our current website with CPM into a new design with Subsplash), and some of the editing tools are finicky, restrictive, and lack consistency [Subsplash can contact me for specifics]. But there is also a lot more flexibility and freedom with some of the design elements over our current CMS--also a plus that Subsplash's builder allows for responsive design. With other aspects of Subsplash's tools (Giving platform, App builder, fill-in notes, etc.) I'm finding problems with little details here and there--some that have been fixed, some that just can't do what I want them to do. Part of that is just our personal preference and not actual flaws, but I've submitted a lot of tickets lately for things that have either changed with the recent updates or that are just causing hurdles to building our new site through SnapPages. Overall I would likely recommend Subsplash to others because I feel it is still a good platform (especially for groups starting from scratch), but I feel I've had to work a lot harder than expected to get the results we're after.
