Beware of this supplier!! And beware of the fake reviews! Not clear at all at the checkout that there would be custom taxes to be paid by customers. Thankfully, I always rely on Trustpilot and found out about these extra payments. Later, on their website, I noticed there is a paragraph about this topic in a hidden section of FAQs but they never reported this info during the purchase process. I sent multiple inquiries to cancel my order while it was still in preparation, they completely ignored them and put the package on shipping phase. This morning I received an email from Italian DHL customs to insert my fiscal data and pay a taxes amount of 58USD!! I immediately rejected the delivery and sent it back. DISAPPOINTING AND RIDICULOUS!

i placed multiple orders on their site over the past year & I can really say, this site is really my only go-to site for kbeauty products (apart from Amazon) & each time my orders come well packaged & on time. never had an issue with them.

Beware People from Italy! HIDDEN CUSTOM TAXES! Bought 65€ worth of goods (eligible for free shipping) and got 40€ Customs Bill! That's almost 85% of the goods value! Unacceptable! No info or warning from the company regarding Customs!

Zamawiałam dwa razy, wysyłka trwa 2-3 dni, a transport ok. 3 dni.

Customs and taxes to France!!! EU customers beware! I received an invoice to pay 70euros 2 months after I received my order, while my order value was only 84$?? And now DHL is wanting to sue me if I don't pay as if I knew all this time and didn't want to do it! This is so annoying!!!!! PLEASE CHANGE THE DELIVERY METHOD!! DHL/UPS/EMS/FEDEX ALL CHARGE US CLIENTS A LOT they're basically scamming us to pay them for paperwork which any person can do themselves but they don't even give us the option, they just pay for us and then threaten to sue!! Just go through the economical shipping companies like your other competitors PLEASE if you wanna keep customers like me

Worst online shopping experience, the customer service is really rude, my order was delivered to wrong address and shipping company has confirmed that they asked me to contact StyleKorea and report it so I get my money back but they did not care. Untrusted

Horrible! You first think that they have good deals and products are rather cheap! But dont forget you will pay VAT when your order arrrives which like 25$ if you have an order around 70-80$. PLUS they often do not ship promised bundles/1$ gifts that they promise if you buy this or that lol. So for example they recently had a bundle for Medicube age pro booster device + 30$ cream goes for free if you purchased the device. Guess what? They didn’t deliver the cream which made the device actually much more expensive than on competitors websites. And what do they offer in return? 1 dollar coupon to you account xd avoid this website.
