I have ordered maybe 8 times now and each time the parcel has been delivered on time usually a week. A lot of the negative reviews are due to the courier service or the country customs which is not really in the control of this company. The products are always well packaged and genuine products. They have good deals and I can’t fault them. Most people will only do reviews if they have had a bad experience so it skews the results. I’m writing this (no I don’t work for them) because you are missing out if you don’t try them, but hey if you want to pay double the price somewhere else then that’s up to you. I am happy and would recommend

My order was placed 9/1. It's now 10/26 and UPS said they were waiting on a letter of authorization from the vendor and it's 95% likely it'll be treated as "abandoned" because the vendor has still not provided it. Don't use Stylekorean.

Really disappointed with my recent StyleKorean order. I placed it on Oct 5 without knowing there was a shipping delay from Oct 2–9 — nothing was shown on the site while ordering or paying. I only found out after I messaged them. When they finally replied on Oct 10, my order was still “under process” with no tracking number, yet they refused to cancel or refund, saying it was already packed. I even explained I was traveling and no one could receive it, but they didn’t care. Now I’m stuck with products I don’t need. Terrible communication and zero flexibility — definitely not the service I expected from a brand I used to trust.

I am writing to express my full agreement with your recent review regarding the poor service experienced with StyleKorean.com. I, too, am facing a similar and equally frustrating situation with an order placed on 2025-08-29. My package is currently stuck in a customs loop, and despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I have been met with the same unhelpful responses. Upon contacting UPS, I was informed that there is nothing I, as the recipient, can do, nor can UPS intervene further, as the package is being held due to StyleKorean.com's failure to provide the necessary documentation. This directly mirrors your experience and points to a systemic issue with their international shipping practices. As a loyal customer of StyleKorean.com since 2021-02-15, I am deeply disappointed by this lapse in service. My previous orders have generally been smooth, but this recent incident has severely eroded my trust in their reliability. The fact that I have successfully received two orders from YesStyle.com during this same period, even managing to pay a 10% tariff through FedEx.com without issue, further highlights StyleKorean.com's inadequacy in handling international shipments. This stark contrast demonstrates that other retailers are capable of managing customs requirements efficiently, making StyleKorean.com's failure all the more unacceptable. Given these circumstances, I can no longer recommend StyleKorean.com to others and will unfortunately be taking my business elsewhere. It is imperative that online retailers, especially those operating internationally, take full responsibility for ensuring their shipments comply with all customs regulations and provide adequate support when issues arise. StyleKorean.com has clearly failed in this regard, leading to significant inconvenience and financial risk for their customers.

Ordered a big package, which got stuck in UPS warehouse. Had to contact UPS all by myself multiple times, because all the store did was sending me auto generated messages sort of “we can’t do anything, it’s all local authorities”, asked for a refund, got this: “please understand that the customs clearance process is fully under the authority of the local customs office, which makes it very difficult for us to process a refund or arrange a reshipment at this stage” like i don’t want to understand???? on their website they say delivery takes 3-5 business days, it’s been 32 days already and I have no updates. I thought whatever, this package won’t be good anyways even if they send it, because they definitely don’t keep it in a fridge and it will go bad just hanging somewhere in the box. So I decided to order another one. Yesterday they shipped it and guess what? Miracle didn’t happen and it got same status, as the other one. I assume, they ship something what is not supposed to be shipped to US, or they don’t have proper documentation for their product. I will have to claim a refund through my bank, store itself don’t seem to care much

Le pire site dont vous pouvez commander on ne vous dit pas que vous allez payer plus que la moitié du prix dans les taxes sinon pas de produit..donc déjà l'arnaque commence, il faut que les consommateurs sachent qu'ils vont payer des frais douaniers exorbitant!! En plus 8 jours avant qu'ils vous préparent la commande!! Pas de contact un chat qui te propose des options de questions très limitées...Bref première et dernière commande horrible!!! ne jeter pas votre argent par la fenêtre et ne vous vous laissez pas arnaquer...les bons commentaires ils sont fauxxx ...d'autre site plus sur et rapide et sans frais cachés...Il faut le signaler ce site...les 5 étoiles c'est des gens achetées par la société c'est des fake je regrette vraiment mon achat....

Mai più con questo sito dove si dice che la spedizione per l'Italia è gratuita ma poi su un importo di circa 50 euro paghi 66 euro di spese e tasse con DHL... mai più Stylekorean

Frais de douane 50% le prix de ce que j'ai payé ! C'est inacceptable. Je n'ai pas été prévenu que je risquais d'en régler. Si je refuse ces frais , j aurai payé pour rien et n'aurai pas mes produits Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site ! Ce n'est pas fiable
