Brunch of thieves. They upped the price, and when I asked for a cancellation 3hrs later, a robot told me someone would answer soon and they did not answer until the item was being packed. Not shipped yet! PACKED. By the time I tried to go through PayPal, they had sent it despite multiple messages. They know what they're doing.

Horrible experience! I did not receive my order, filed a return request, and was denied that request. In the proof of delivery my order was placed on a CURB!! And I just have to accept that didn't receive my order nor did I receive the money I spent on the item

I placed an order with StyleKorean and have been waiting for approximately two months, but I still have not received my package. Their tracking system falsely states that I “chose not to accept the shipment,” even though I never refused it. In fact, I paid the shipping company directly for both shipping and customs charges. Why would I pay all those additional costs and then refuse to accept my own package? I was never properly contacted or given the opportunity to receive it. Despite this, StyleKorean is refusing to ensure delivery or issue a refund and is relying on an incorrect tracking status without providing any evidence that I refused the shipment. I paid for the products, shipping and customs, yet received absolutely nothing. The way StyleKorean has handled this is unacceptable, and I would not recommend ordering from them unless they resolve this fairly.

I strongly regret ordering from StyleKorean. I ordered a beauty box to be delivered to Spain, but the package was not allowed through customs and was returned to StyleKorean. The carrier has confirmed that the parcel was returned to the seller. I have contacted StyleKorean multiple times asking for my refund. Instead of actually looking into the situation and resolving it, they simply ignore my emails or send the same generic, standard response every time. No real explanation, no proper investigation, and no solution. The most frustrating part is that StyleKorean has the returned package, while I have neither the products nor my money. They are holding my money for an order that I never received. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. When a parcel is returned to the seller, the customer should not have to repeatedly chase the company just to get their money back. I feel completely ignored as a customer. Their responses look like copy-and-paste messages rather than someone actually dealing with my case. I would NOT recommend StyleKorean, especially for international orders. Think twice before paying them, because if something goes wrong with your delivery, getting your money back may become a serious problem. One star only because zero stars is not an option.

If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. This company has been such a huge disappointment. The processing is ridiculously slow, the agents keep lying. Can you believe I still haven’t received my delivery. So annoying! I wouldn’t recommend Stylekorean to anyone. I’ve even written about this frustrating experience on my blog. They seriously make you feel like you’re losing control. Not cool at all. Beware!

Years of loyalty, gone in two cancelled orders. I was a regular StyleKorean customer who ordered consistently and recommended them to others — and they’ve permanently lost me. They cancelled my paid orders TWICE over an “address synchronization issue” in THEIR system. Same address as always, received every previous delivery fine. Their fix? Email you to “confirm” an already-correct address, then auto-cancel if you don’t reply within 3 days. I lost the promotions I ordered for, my points, and hours of my time — twice. The compensation promised after the first incident never came. When I complained in detail after the second, they sent a template apology, credited a laughable 3 points, and closed my ticket. That’s how StyleKorean values long-time customers. They didn’t just lose two orders — they lost all my future ones. Buy elsewhere.

👎🏼 Purtroppo questa è stata una delle peggiori esperienze di acquisto online che abbia mai avuto. Ho effettuato un ordine di circa 40 €. Quando il pacco è arrivato in Italia, il corriere mi ha richiesto circa 35 € di spese di sdoganamento, praticamente quasi quanto il valore dell’intero ordine. A quel punto ho deciso di non ritirare il pacco, che è stato restituito al mittente. Ho quindi contattato il servizio clienti chiedendo almeno un rimborso o, in alternativa, un coupon da utilizzare per un ordine futuro. Entrambe le richieste sono state rifiutate. L’azienda ha trattenuto sia la merce sia il mio denaro, senza offrire alcuna soluzione. L’assistenza clienti è un altro punto estremamente negativo: non esiste un vero supporto via e-mail e si è costretti a utilizzare una chat nella quale le risposte arrivano dopo giorni, rendendo qualsiasi problema ancora più frustrante. Acquisto da anni su altri siti coreani, come Stylevana, e non mi è mai successa una situazione simile. Ho sempre ricevuto assistenza rapida, comunicazioni chiare e un servizio molto più professionale. Per chi acquista dall’Italia, il mio consiglio è di evitare questo sito. Se il pacco viene fermato in dogana, rischiate di pagare costi elevatissimi e, se decidete di non ritirarlo, potreste perdere completamente i vostri soldi senza alcun rimborso o credito. Per me è stato il primo e sarà sicuramente l’ultimo ordine. Aggiornamento: hanno addirittura cancellato il mio feedback negativo relativo all’ordine dal sito. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ SONO ASSURDI!!!

I always order here for my skin care products and I love them. Customer service sucks! I ordered worth $104 and they only delivered the samples. Did not reached out or email that there was system error till I emailed them. They re delivered my order and it take ages. I get it, it's from Korea but they did not processed it right away. When I got my order, it was missing an ampoule!! Emailed them and said it was missing an item and they need to redeliver it. They insisted that they will just do the refund and will not deliver the item. Again, I get it that they will pay for the shipping fee again. But come on, this was lapses on your side for doing poor job and now you will say you will do good but did not really resolve my problem. FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!
