I've been ordering Asian sunscreens for years now, mainly on YesStyle, and had never heard of or placed an order on StyleKorean before. I was looking for a sunscreen and this website popped up. The prices were pretty good, so I decided to place an order. About 3-4 days after I placed my order, because it hadn't shipped yet, I decided to do a little bit of research and found all of these reviews. I immediately regretted placing my order. I was dreading contacting customer service or dealing with tariffs, but I am happy to report my order has arrived! It took them about 8 days to process and ship my order, but once it shipped, it arrived so quickly - about 3 days. It was so nicely packed, too. I placed my order on 8/24 and it was delivered on 9/4. Y'all, I am writing this because if I had read these reviews before I placed my order, I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. However, aside from the ~8 days it took them to process my order, I had a GREAT experience! Really hoping this review helps others - at least those in the US.

J’ai passé commande le vendredi 4 avril soir avec un peu de peur car aucun avis provenant de la France et des avis mitigés Europe et US. Le site est censé nous transmettre un mail dans le 72h qui confirme que votre colis part à l’envoi mais surtout qui valide votre commande. Pour ma part j’ai eu un peu peur mais j’ai finalement reçu le mail mardi 8 avril matin soit après les 72h. (Petit message sur le compte stylekorea pour prévenir du désagrément) J’ai à la suite reçu le message de DHL me prévenant que mon colis était pris en charge et qu’il y avait des frais de douanes, frais dont j’étais bien au courant. Pour une commande de 314$ soit environ 276,70€ j’ai eu 86€ de douane. Le colis était prévu pour le lundi 14 avril et surprise ce matin un sms me prévenant de la livraison ce matin vendredi 11 avril, livré vers 11h30. Commande: 2 Booster age r pro de medicube 1 serum Skin1004 - 100ml Offert en cadeaux 2 capuchons pour le Booster 2 crèmes grand format medicube Deep Vita C 1 pot de Pad Round Lab x80 1 crème yeux Mary&May Très satisfaisante de mon achat la commande me revient au même prix que sur d’autres site sur lequel j’ai l’habitude d’acheter mais les cadeaux offert en plus en vaut vraiment le coup. Plus des codes promos vraiment pas mal. Je recommande même avec les frais de douane je pense que je recommanderais sur ce site. Une étoile en moins pour le site/ application à revoir pas fluide et pas de message de prise en compte du paiement/ou rappel de commande avant les 72h.

I’ve placed 3 orders with Stylekorean. My first order was probably stolen, but I wasn’t sure, so I followed up with DHL and Stylekorean. Unlike Stylevana, Stylekorean assisted. In contrast to Stylevana, Stylekorean’s packages arrive about a week after they are shipped. They also provide clear tracking. I will continue to purchase through them. If they start selling Hada Labo and a couple of other brands, I won’t bother with any other companies because they generally have what I need and at a fair price after comparison shopping.
