Sturdy Logo gave me quite a few designs to review, which none of them caught my eye. I asked them to tweak a few and give me some new ones. They did it promptly and without any hesitation! I now have a logo for my Insurance business.

These guys did more than what I have asked for! I struggled a bit as it is always the case with a design process but they helped out more, so appreciate their effort and understanding.

This company is a scam. I paid for the upgraded logo design package. Was told I needed it trademarked. That someone else had already filed for the trademark. A "lawyer" contacted me and said they would file the paperwork so I could get it. Then charged me - took months to get the logo and had to fight to receive. Then was told I had to pay another $2200 to receive everything. I did not pay and they would not give me my logo design. Do not believe the reviews. This is a terrible company that will try to scam you! Found out my trademark was never filed - filed it myself and everything is on track.

I absolutely love my logo. It's perfect! Fits me! And exactly what I wanted! I look forward to receiving my business cards and all of my other goodies included in my package! I just know my website, business cards, logo, and all around new pep is going to boost my business and get things really running!! I'm feeling very optimistic now. Thanx sturdy logo!!!

They were really helpful with the details of my site and also willing to work with me given my financial situation being a new small business owner.

This company is an absolute sham fraud scam If you want a logo done please do not contact them I contacted them for their $19 special My logo was already done All I needed was for them to change the color and send it to me and a PNG file they emailed me I told them exactly what I needed they said fine no problem first of all it took them about 3 days to respond and when they did they said that they did the logo they did send me the proofs I was happy with the proofs and I picked what I wanted which was the PNG file just in a different color from what I had originally submitted they did not have the design a logo for me that was already done. I got a phone call from some guy saying that they that they did the logo I told him that was great he said they also did it in other file formats I'll let him know that I wasn't sure about the other file formats. And could he please send me what I paid for it he immediately got angry. He stopped communicating me with me at that point I went back onto the live chat and was reassured several times that I would get what I paid for which was just the color change of my original logo it is now 12 days later they have cut off all communication with me and have yet to send my logo do not trust these people with your vision or your project they are ridiculous and if you are not willing to be upsold I guess they break off all communication. Is only $19 but for me it's just a bigger principle and the lack of professionalism so I guess I will have to dispute this with my credit card company. I'm just shocked he was so angry that I wouldn't purchase the other logos in the other format but that's not what they said they said $19 that was the introductory package but it's really a bait and switch be careful. Update after writing this review I received my logo by email. I guess they don't like the truth to come out oh well I would never use them again I would never trust them. Now they have flagged my review saying that it's not real wow no integrity whatsoever they don't want the truth to get out save your time and your money use someone else!
