They had wonderful communication nearly daily and great customer service! They worked with me to edit little details to find the perfect logo that I liked. It did end up costing more than I had anticipated with adding on the copyright. Overall, I am very pleased with the logo and they gave me all the files I need for it.

Overall great service but a little too pushy on things like trade mark purchases the person I spoke with about was using a scare tattoo by showing my business name in the trade mark data system as pending as if the made it randomly to make me think there was on in there

We are glad you found the service great overall, but we hear you on the trademark discussion. That's definitely not the experience we want for our clients. We appreciate your honesty and will take this into account to improve. If there's anything we can do, feel free to reach out. With Creative Cheers, SturdyLogo.com
