Take everything they say with a grain of salt. I did get a wonderful logo from them and they had excellent communication. With my logo, I am very happy. They will continually upcharge you for one thing after the next. If you get a logo from them, know that they will contact you a couple months later falsely claiming that someone is applying for the trademark in your business name. (With a fake name and specific state). They do this in hopes you pay them as an attorney. Be careful and don't trust what they are telling you.

The logo work was great and the communication through the process was good. Once this company attempted to offer me trademark protection and license. I declined due to the high fees which was more than just doing it yourself through your state. After that I began to get scam calls with fake alerts that someone was trying to trademark my logo and that someone was trying to trademark the logo they created for me and if I pay them, they can stop this attempt?? 🚩 is, after giving them a high level of detail with unique idea that they created for me, knowing it was my idea.. why would you even allow this so called someone to trademark my logo that you have on file originating with me?? The whole thing is a scam. I have my logo trademarked and I have documents showing my process. This company will attempt to scare you into paying for the other services. It’s sad because the beginning process was great but the behavior afterwards was so bad that I had to give this company two.
