The logo work was great. Several months afterwards the company contacted me about trademark threats to my company name trying to obtain money through an attorney.

I was a client that just wanted a logo design about a year ago honestly I was very happy, but then that changed recently. They called me back and they also try to sell me a trademark, I repeatedly said that it is not something that Im concerned about or willing to do now, but keep insisting that my name and logo is being used by someone, pretty much they wanted me to commit to doing more business with them. I understand their position on expanding their services, but when a client is not ready to commit to it, please respect the clients decision and keep your good reputation as a company. The person who called me sounds very desparate and even started arguing with me after I communicated respectfuly that I'm not ready to do anything right now. Despite the experience, I will give them a 3 star, I understand business, so Im just giving them a courtesy. Thank You for your Service.

Everyone I talked to has been very kind, helpful, and quick to reply with any questions I'd have! The designs were great too! But until they didn't say the actual price out front let alone having to pay for years when come to find out i can get one in town and pay 1 time

I love the design. I am disappointed that the turnaround was said to be 48 hours but it was more like a week. I am still waiting on final format.

The design of logo didn't read direction well so the process took longer than I expected.

they were to design a logo and charge me 150$ for all formats which went well I was happy with the results i would give more stars but customer support isn't the greatest
