Fast turn around time great work long as it aint the weekend fast response time

Scammers. No physical address. BBB SAYS THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS-but they are not. They just return the bbb notice of complaint.They submitted a Trademark application to USPTO for me in November of 2022. I do not have a TM yet as of 07-16-24. USPTO says the application has been flagged for violation of the rules. I am going to have to abandon my TM and start over with lawyer or wait for them to review it (it has already been 2 years) and possibly go before a judge. I have requested a refund from Sturdy Logo and so far they have not given it. Sturdy Logo is requesting more money saying it is needed to push the application through but they cannot push it through because it is flagged in USPTO fraud department. They have you signed up for a package and state that is the full total. Then they say they need more money to file classes. Then they say they need more. I did not pay an additional 975.00 and the rep states I cost him a promotion. According to the USPTO I should not have had to pay more than 1700.00 for filing fees and 3 classes. I have paid 3500.00. I have receipts, Sturdy Logo correspondence and the e-mails from USPTO stating it has been flagged for review due to suspected violation of the USPTO Rules by the entity who submitted it which was Sturdy Logo. I have all the correspondence from Sturdy Logo dating back to November 2022 when we started this process. They will not honor those correspondences. You cannot send them mail as no address listed on website. Once they shut down communication via text messages and e-mail they simply stop responding. Thier number has a California area code but I do not believe that is where they are based. I suggest you read the BBB complaints before you do business with them. They will take your money and not give you what you pay for claiming more and more fees. There is nothing you can do about it after the fact because I do not believe they are located in the US and nowhere on the website does it give an address just a California number to make you think they are in the US. In my opinion: Do not do business with them. USPTO says they violated the rules and the application had many errors. The violation is due to the fact that they did not have a lawyer submit the application. You can file for yourself but if someone else files it on your behalf it has to be a lawyer. Just heard back from Sturdy Logo and they have declined to refund my money. After thier "legal" team reviewed the correspondence from the USPTO they have discovered I did pay everything despite the multiple claims I owed more money. They offered to refile with the cost on them. However I believe this is just another way to hold us up because the USPTO is investigating them according to the email i received from the USPTO. If you can refile paying the cost why can't you refund the money as it would be the same cost? That's probably because I paid double the amount and they don't want to refund because of that. They say they filed it and paid the cost from what I paid and therefore they can't refund. The application was filled with errors and Sturdy logo did not file it using a lawyer and that's why the application is stalled. So their money back guarantee is not true. I have no TM and the application was flagged because of them. Thier offer to refile is a joke and mre than likely would not be accepted again. I don't have another two and a half years to wait for a TM. Update: They still will not refund my money even after stating they would. They claim the only resolve is for them to resubmit the paperwork at thier cost. The problem is that the USPTO will not accept an application from them as they have them flagged. This is a way to hold my application hostage as they know they can't resubmit. I sent them the correspondence from the USPTO stating this and they simply do not care. They will not send me their correspondence from USPTO claiming they did bulk applications and everybody's information is mixed in together. I am not sure how that is legal and they are supposed to be your contact at USPTO so they should be able to share. So that's part of the scam They will tell you the USPTO says this or that but not send you what they say. In My case I have sent them the email straight from USPTO scam department detailing why the application has not gone though due to it violating the rules and Sturdy Logo says that's not true they have correspondence that says otherwise but they will not share it. Also beware they keep saying my application went through. What that means to them is that the USPTO accepted the application to review. That is all Sturdy Logo claims they have to do. If it gets held up they claim they did thier job and sent it in therefore they have met thier obligation despite the fact that it's been flagged for years and has not gone through.

From word go they have been slow. They said I would have my logo in 24–48 hours it took 10 days they claimed it was because it was a specialized Logo when all it was was a text Logo. Then they send the logos to to a page one in black one and white. I cannot separate them to put them on my product and I’m waiting for them to email me back the separate logos and no one is responding once again.!! The absolute worst Customer Service

They were vary patient with me in the process and took every adjustment I asked of them to the fullest and didn’t just settle. Not going to lie the first couple designs they definitely just used basic templates but after a couple of revisions they nailed it.

I initially had some issues with the logo design and its print quality, and I was disappointed with the customer service. However, the company reached out to me and promptly addressed all my concerns. They fixed the logo as needed, ensuring it printed perfectly. Their commitment to making things right was impressive, and I am now very satisfied with their service and the final product. I would recommend them for their dedication to customer satisfaction.

They are fraudster and scammers run as fast as you can. Especially charley williams, and oscar smith. They infected my website with a backdoor and were stilling customers information from my website. When i sent them pictures of the code files no body returned my call and they turned my website off and denied my access to my website, after i had paid them webhosting and maintenance for 5 years, which was supposed to end in 10/2027. . When i called them no one responded. They have been calling me trying to scam me into signing up for trademark package, which i refused. Then they call again saying that my trademark has been infringed upon and that i needed to hire them to file a trademark for me. Not knowing i had already filled my trademark succesfuly with a reputable lawyer. I have contacted the authorities about this company and they are under investigation. They are not a US company, they are based in india, so they think they are beyound the reach of law, they forget that thier is something known as interpol. Stay away from this company, and save your self some money and headache.
