Excellent support

My students loved feeling like they were in the real world! They liked earning money without working and they appreciated all the ways they could earn more money (and lose money through fines and life happens).

I love the products- they make my classroom experience so much richer and more engaging for the kids. They love it too.

Stukent dropped the ball with the new update on the Mimic Pro Digital marketing simulation. I have been using it for four years now and it has fallen in quality. When you have 250 online students who are working and a two-week course, technical issues and incomplete instructions are a nightmare. Specifically 1. Browser incompatibility- Some browser versions dont show the entire set of ad's that students ran, hence confusing them. 2. Some directions are given in the text in each round and it seems they are comprehensive, but some directions are subtly mentioned in a comment in the video in the round. 3. Some students are stuck with issues with no resolution. Their support is usually fast, but some things cant be solved by the support and require developer updates. 4. From an instructor perspective, the numbers on the leaderboard dont add up. The Revenue less costs is not matching with profits, and the return on Ad's spend is listed in the tens of thousands. I wish!

I’m SO thankful for Stukent!! Can’t recommend it enough! Using Mimic Social in college really helped direct me to the right career path and I reflect on what I learned through it often. I’ve learned more from this one simulation than any other textbook or courseware I’ve ever used in any college class. Thank you Stukent for everything!! Don’t know where I’d be without it.

I completed the Mimic Social simulation in one of my college classes and have nothing but good things to say. I was able to see what it would be like to be a social media manager and run all social media accounts. I learned how much I liked social media and would say that was the very start of the successful career I have now in multiple social media companies that I work for. If you are wanting to give your student's a leg up in learning social media this simulation and courseware is a must! Everything is up to date and runs very similar to real social media platforms. The world is moving so quickly on social media wise and we have to be able to keep up.
