Good service

Five stars for Customer Service for each time I had to contact them about my order, and also for shipping speed. 3.5 stars for how the order was shipped.. The shipping confirmation email indicated that everything was shipping, but didn't say that packages would be coming from several different sources, so I had to spend time tracking down everything, and ultimately one item was missing (which Customer Service handled beautifully). Was hesitatnt to order from this Co because I'd never heard of them before. Prices, Customer Service and shipping speeds were impressive, but now I still am concerned about actually getting things that were ordered. A communication fix re:multiple shipments and what's in each would likely resolve that for me on any future order.

Stuff for crafts got my order to me in a timely manner. I received exactly what I ordered.

Couldn't find blades for the original portable cutter, so I ordered these newer versions just to find that they won't fit the older cutter. My wife went out and purchased the newer version cutter, so now we should have blades to last the rest of our lives. Priced right, timely delivery, thanks Stuff4Crafts.

I love my pattern but I have a problem I was shorted SEVERAL strands of thread and have sent an email no reply tried calling no call backs after about 5 or 6 calls always to busy to answer and will call back (LOL) no calls I have some of the numbers that I need BUT the colors are not even close to what you gave me. I am really upset and have considered not ordering again from you your service is TERRIBLE!!! I feel that $30 was spent to purchase the stocking and you don’t seem to care about your business! I WOULD LIKE A REPLY.

I ordered the gold hoop in which it was broken when I received it so it was no good to me! It was poorly packaged and feel it you took more time to carefully wrap the items you are shipping this would not have happened! The carriers have many packages that get banged around in their vehicles which is why you need to be more careful. I did not bother to send back bc it would have been more trouble than it was worth. This was not an expensive item so I wasn’t upset over the money, I was just aggravated and disappointed!
