Silk Screen Surprise
The silk screen kits were as described and shipped very quickly. They were just what I expected. What I didn't expect was to receive an extra kit that I did not order. These packages are very thin and it appeared that two of them had stuck together and an additional one got mailed by accident. I was not charged for it, but wanted to return it so the company's inventory would not be off. When I contacted the shop to let them know I received a duplicate kit I did not order and inquired how to go about returning it to them, they got back to me immediately with their response. They actually apologized to me and told me not to worry about sending it back. They said they would let their shipping department know and I could keep the extra kit at no charge! Not only did I think this was very generous, but was impressed by their speedy reply and professionalism. I would highly recommend this shop for wonderful customer service, as well as great products and speedy shipping.
