I ordered a needle pair and a button pair from them and I loved them. The quality was great. I wore them everyday and eventually the button I had put in my conch unscrewed and I lost the back of it, then after a while one of my needle earrings kept slipping off. Anyway I just sent a feedback form through their website to them not expecting anything and let them know about these problems and suggesting to add an option for bar lengths. Well they emailed me THE NEXT DAY AT 6am, asking me a few more questions and have sent me a replacement for the needle AND the button. The lady who emailed went by Liz and was very nice :) I didn’t have any trouble with shipping the first time, and they came in cute packaging so I’m expecting similar this time too. Once I get more money this is a place I will buy again from

Very quick and straightforward delivery (was genuinely surprised when it came to my door lol). Everything came well packaged and what you see is what you get (some funky, high quality jewelry!!). Customer service also responds very quickly and answered my questions in a timely manner. Will def be shopping again :)

I have placed 2 orders with them so far as the earrings are really cute and I really like the style. They have all been shipped promptly with nice packaging and earrings felt solid and cute. My needle earring pin would no longer plug into the base, so in started a chat with the AI chatbot. Within a couple of hours I received an email from customer service and a replacement was arranged very quickly. Very impressed with the service. Will definitely recommend

I’ve order over 10+ times from this company and I’ve always been satisfied with the quality of their jewelry! I’ve always had my products shipped in a timely manner, and for the few times my earrings became defective (due to excessive wear over years) their customer service has been quick and replaced my products( if they were still selling said products) . I’ll always and continue to support this business

Incredible company, products and customer service! I had a ring ship out that was lost in transit or taken from my front door step. The company shipped a replacement even though losing the ring was likely my fault. The team is kind, professional and goes above and beyond. You've got a client for life!

I've purchased from Studio Cult several times and they've quickly become my favourite jewellery brand. I love unusual jewellery and when the ad appeared for their skinny dip swimming pool ring I looked at my swimming pool watch and said you're going straight in my basket. 🤣 I wasn't sure what to think, I'll be honest I've bought off sites before and the item arrives and falls apart in a day or so and wow I was so pleasantly surprised with this ring! The quality is amazing, and theres a real weight to the ring which you can tell is from good materials being used to create it! It's sturdy and has survived several nights out without so much as a scratch and well I think it's obvious it's a conversation starter! I recently purchased their puffy heart earrings and their fire flame earrings and again I just can't fault them. The puff studs have seriously secure backs, almost too secure, but are comfortable to sleep in which their flat backs! The flame earrings are the perfect size, they arent too bulky whilst still looking thick and full and despite their fuller appearance they don't weigh my ear lobes down or pull! Overall Ive just not had any issues with this shop and love all the items they do, they provide reasonably priced items that I believe matches the quality your recieving and I will continue to support them.
