IT IS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY BOTH.
IT IS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY BOTH. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!! I had my previous voucher on which I tried to book and did payment online but I did not received any booking when I called the representative again he said booking has not been done and now flight rate has increased. He went offline and found flight which fits in my budget and he told me about the details but I was unable to see any such flight on the website. I asked him about it and he said website is not updated but after he did booking and I checked I realized instead of june 1st he booked for july 1st. Its been 4:30 long hours I was on call and trying too book tickets. because of their mistake I paid extra money and waste my time. THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD AND DO NOT COME WHEN THEY ARE AT FALUT.

Hi there, we're sorry you feel that way. We've reviewed our calls and found that the booking wasn't completed originally because the call got disconnected. After, when we were able to reach you to finalize the booking, you provided the date of July 1 instead of June 1. Our agent confirmed this new date multiple times with you on the call, and you confirmed the new dates before the tickets were booked. We'd be happy to help you get the tickets you need if July 1 doesn't work for you after all, though, please reach out directly and let us know how we can help.

This website is awful
This website is awful. I have had nothing but problems. And the only reason I am even buying through this company is because I have a voucher. Take my advice and buy directly through the airline and NOT through student universe. They are not “for the students” and they have saved me no money like they claim. In fact they have taken more money and wasted hours of my time. Never again.

No conformation
They have charged my card and I have yet to receive any type of confirmation. You would think if you’re spending hundreds of dollars on something that you can get a confirmation after the purchase. When will I receive confirmation, will it be from student universe or my major air line? You have to make these known so people feel secure.
