It’s been a great experience using this website for my international booking. Prices are pretty competitive. The only reason I did not give 5 stars because sometime when looking for the flights website shows flights which are not available. Apart from that this site is perfect.

I booked a multi city trip and the flights I booked didn’t match with the flights I got. When I contacted the customer care, I was told to cancel the booking for a full refund. This is not my fault that this happened and the issue is supposed to be resolved by putting me on the correct flight that I booked for. I spoke to several customer care agents and lastly they made me pay extra to change a flight that I had no intention of changing. This is absolutely not fair. And I need them to take responsibility and pay me back for what I never wanted.

Clunky website but cheapest airfares

Not very trustworthy company. They do offer good deals but when u need to change to take advantage and overcharge the online prices
Nigel
Usually a bit gun shy of intermediatries when doing bookings over the internet but this went very smoothly
