The Studentuniverse website is user friendly and easy to use. Booking my flight with them went smoothly.

They are not very good with Covid issues pertaining to refunds, flight changes and flight credit. The lady was very uncompromising and wasn’t willing to provide any other options. She seemed to be dismissive of my concerns and wasn’t willing to allow me to speak with the supervisor on permitting changes

I have used student universe on multiple occasions, and have always had pretty good experience. I have gotten amazing deals to Ireland, Puerto Rico, Italy, France, Hong Kong, Spain, and now Portugal! I always feel like I’m getting the best price for the flights I choose, and I find it super convenient to purchase travel insurance for my trip while I’m getting my flights. This time around there was something funky going on in-between their app and their website. There was a price difference of about $10 for the flight on their website verses on their app. Then when I tried to purchase the flights on the app, I waited for about half an hour for the confirmation to come through and it never did. I ended up exiting the app and starting all over. The second time through was very smooth, and more similar to my past experiences with Student Universe! (I am just keeping a close eye on my bank account and my Student Universe account to make sure my purchase only went through once.) Ultimately, I am super happy about being able to travel again! Don’t purchase from this company. I purchased a flight and now need to change it and was told that the flight that I purchased is non-refundable or changeable. No where on their website when I purchased this flight nor on my ticket does it state this. I am sure they are legally required to indicate this. I want to change my flight, just to a different day for about the same price (willing to pay the difference) and this company is basically stating that if I can’t take my flight, than I forfeit all of my money. That is not far and not indicated when I purchased.

Absolutely incredible booking experience. No pop ups, no ads, no “call this number for an exclusive deal”. Checkout process was very quick and I hands down got the cheapest flight price any website or airline could have offered. I couldn’t believe how affordable their flights were! 12/10 recommend.

Prices are very good compare to other sites, and booking experience is very user friendly
