Until now no answer from Stuart Weitzman customer support, I sent two pairs of shoes back and just got refunded for one. Is this shop even serious?

I followed the sizing chart and measured twice but my expensive shoes arrived too small and tight. I cannot wear them and there is no returns or refunds on this purchase. Shoes were very expensive even on sale. I am so disappointed and frustrated. Customer service needs to improve. I won't be ordering again.

Minderwertige Produkte / Qualität zum unverschämt teuer Preis, super schlechte Erfahrung mit Kunden Service. Stiefel Lowland Buff , wurden kaum getragen, höchstens 5 mal und die Sohle aus billigem Plastik löst sich auf, zerbröselt. Unverschämt sowas für 800 € zu verkaufen und als Reklamation nicht eine Lösung anzubieten, außer einen Preisnachlass bei dem nächsten Einkauf ! Stuart Weitzman Kauf ich nie wieder! So eine schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Produkt und Service!! 👎👎👎👎 800€ für die Mülltonne. Die Reparatur würde auch noch über 250€ kosten. Albtraum Ich würde gerne Bilder anhängen dass alle sehen und davon Abstand halten

Ik heb mijn pakket teruggestuurd maar volgens UPS het pakket is nog steeds bij pakket punt maar klantenservice willen ook niets doen door contact op te nemen met ups. Erg slechte service voor een duurder merken

Ich habe meine bestellten Schuhe bezahlt, musste sie aber zurück schicken, weil sie nicht passten. Das Geld kam NICHT zurück! E-Mails, Anrufe, nichts hat gewirkt. Eigentlich ein Fall für die Polizei.

Very disappointed by customer service of Stuart Weitzman. I ordered shoes Friday afternoon April 10. On April 11, i received an email with a 35% discount. For shoes in SW price range the difference is significant. I asked the helpdesk how this could be solved. The only option, is to return and re-order. Of course my size is unavailable now. I am returning and never ordering again. Returning is an interesting issue by itself, as FedEx service points are not easily found in NL, arranging pick up through the website does not work due to whatever type of issue with FedEx. I now contacted Fedex customer service and am waiting to hear back. At this point, i'm even unable to return the shoes. Extremely frustrating. Nice shoes, but not worth the hassle at all.

I bought this pair online, and after wearing them just once, I was shocked by how uncomfortable they were. The shoe is extremely narrow, has almost no support, and caused significant pain in my foot. The pain was so bad that I was limping the next day. For a brand at this price point, I expected comfort, quality, and better design. What made the experience even more disappointing was customer service. I reached out right away because the shoes are literally still brand new aside from one wear, but they refused to accept the return. That is very frustrating, especially when the product is clearly not wearable for me. This has honestly been one of the worst shoe purchases I’ve made. In my experience, Stuart Weitzman shoes have consistently been uncomfortable, and this pair was the worst of all. I would strongly caution buyers before purchasing this style, especially if you need comfort, width, or support. For me, this was a very expensive mistake.
