Buy elsewhere. They do not honor prices and shipping policies on their own website claiming sale items are different and are not entitled to the same shipping practices even though it is listed under the individual product. Also, the automatic email they send you with free shipping and the sale price is not valid. Customer service is also inadequate, useless and did not respond. Disappointing that they would choose not to honor the print on their own website during a pandemic when everyone is shopping online

I received my package a couple of days ago in a visibly damaged box that was not taped sufficiently but also looked like the courier company opened and did not bother to re-seal. One half of the box was opened so the shoes could have fallen out. After emailing CS I received a response informing me They take complaints seriously (hilarious joke) asked if the contents were damaged to which I responded no. I’ve not heard a peep out of them since. I followed up with an email asking for my delivery fee to at least be reimbursed as a gesture of goodwill. No response. This is appalling to say the least for a high-end company purporting to care about their customers. I was a first time shopper with them and my last. Never again. I highly recommend you shop elsewhere because they don’t deserve your custom.

I placed my order for a limited Highland boots a week ago. I was very looking forward to receiving them. The other morning, I received an email to call them to verify my online order. I called immediately and sent an email to the customer service team. The rep Maite confirmed verification, and said that I should be expecting a UPS tracking soon. After a week, I didn’t receive any email so decided to follow up. The next morning, I received an email for a verification again?! I was extremely frustrated and sent an email again. Today, the same rep emailed me and said due to high demand, my item was sold out. I have been a loyal customer to SW for the longest time. I cannot believe this happened. I’m extremely disappointed at the brand and its failure to solve customer issues.

I would love to review the shoes, but parcelforce have failed to deliver, but they have taken the shoes out for a drive for a few days, now they are resting back at base. Perhaps they can go for a drive tomorrow , Shoes may be great but customer service a bit lacking. Yesterday they promised to escalate the problem, today too busy to answer the phone and told me to call back later. These shoes are too expensive not to have better customer service and delivery . A As long as they use parcel force I won’t use them

Regent street branch - rude staff and cumbersome returns process if you want to return online orders. Out of principle, I no longer purchase from this brand.
