Because you had not reached out to us directly, we wanted to better understand what happened and offer a resolution. If you ordered a pre-signed print and received an unsigned item, we sincerely apologize and we would be happy to either replace it or provide a refund. We also asked for a photo of the item so we could investigate the issue with our fulfillment team. For clarity, Streamily does not charge an additional fee for a signature. Pre-signed items are already signed before they are offered for sale. At this time, we have not received a response or any additional information regarding the item you received, but our offer to help remains open.
