Will do this again!
It took awhile to get it (ordered in Dec 2025, received video in March 2026, autograph April 2026), but I do understand having to work with the actor’s schedule, but everything was smooth, I did have to contact Streamily twice for help, and they answered quickly. I’ll definitely do this again.

If i could give 0 stars i would cause…
If i could give 0 stars i would cause it's very bad,I can't even track my order even if I place the order number it said "No package found" it was supposed to be signed the 20 of March and I ordered it the February 27. They don't even refund the whole thing they only refund 80$ that is not cool. Would not recommend at all,night be scams too

This is not designed for tracking your package. It will update you on the various stages your order goes through before shipping. We have not received a refund request from you, but we can absolutely process a full refund if you prefer not to wait for the talent to return the signed print to us.
