Extremely poor with communicating…
Extremely poor with communicating signing and shipping details, so much to the point where I had 3 different people giving me different information. Just felt unprofessional

Good Experiences, Could Use More Benefits
So far, my experience with Streamily have been good. I haven't had an issue with delivery, and all my prints have arrived safely, signed, and in great shape. Even though I have subscribed family membership, I wouldn't recommend subscribing for anyone else. There isn't much benefits for $9.99/month besides seeing your prints signed live (which I've never used), and the early heads-up for people you followed. Free shipping is also only available for first order as a member. So, there isn't much of a difference whether you subscribed or not. I would recommend exclusive discounts for subscribed members. It doesn't have to be frequent, but something that would feel rewarding would be nice. Especially since buying prints here are usually very pricey.

11/10 I recommend Streamily!
I loved my order! I had no issues ordering with Streamily at all, so I had no need for customer service. It was clear before I bought it that the print I ordered would take a few months since it was signed by two separate people, and when it arrived today, it was packed nicely in a carboard sleeve with a piece of cardboard inside to keep the print from being bent. It's beautiful and will be going up on my wall so I can see it every day! Thank you, Amir and Christian, for signing, Tia for the fantastic art, and Streamily for making this very special piece of merch possible! <3
