My grandchildren love their Straye shoes. My only complaint happened with my last order. I had to return the last order because the size was wrong....too big. I followed the instructions to return the shoes and when I went to UPS to mail them, the cheapest rate I could get was $33! Half the price of the shoes. This is unacceptable in my book and next time I'll sell them before I return them for a refunď.
