They didn’t give true sizes. Like for example I ordered a women’s 8 but got a women’s 7.. men’s 6.5= women’s 8 but it wasn’t listed as so. Shipping took a while. The fit is a little snug but I hope with time it’ll become more comfortable.

Manufacturing defect on the outsole toe of the shoe, no response received when reported.

My order was returned due to it being “rejected” by me. Understandable and was my fault, however, I’ve reached out via email 2 times about what I can do to reship it or if I’d get a refund and it’s been over a week with no reply which is why I’m leaving this 1 star review. Would gladly change it if I could hear back from the CS team. UPDATE: Received a refund for my rejected order but would have much rather have gotten my package! Was looking forward to skating these shoes and representing a hometown brand abroad. Looks like my request to re-ship an already package product was too much work or that my email didn’t matter. Well, you asked me. It’s been a week and half and I haven’t gotten a tracking number

This was my first time purchasing stray shoes. I'm a 36yo guy and I've skateboarded most of my life, however I do not as much anymore. I say that to say, that I know quality and understand that shoes made for skateboarding should be built to last and endure punishment. Shortly after receiving my pair of strays and using them only for daily wear on indoor/suburban terrain, I had noticed that the left shoe lower sole started to detach from the shoe. It's from the inside right where the bend in the shoe happens when you walk. I'm not sure of the materials used or if this is a one off.. but it's very frustrating to see this happen after only about 2 weeks of low impact wear. I do like the design of straye and wanted to get something different than the traditional Vans, or converse that's is why I chose your brand. Again, I hope this is just a bad batch that I got because I would like to do business with Straye in the future.
