I tried the mystery shoe and was not disappointed! Shows are a bit wider than vans, which is what I was looking for. Order arrived in timely fashion.

My shoes came with a black paint stain. I send some pictures as evidence that the shoes were not like the ones on the website and the person of customer service just said that it was “vintage” style and I just have to wipe the paint off with a towel… worst answer I could have

Daniel, the shoe you ordered does have a texture rubbed on the shoe to give it a vintage look. The photos online represent the intended look. If you received something different, then by all means provide customer service with some images of anything different and they will take care of you. It is true that the excess substance can be rubbed off with some windex and a paper towel.
