I never got a tracking number

Tried ordering a shirt but ended being out of stock. I was bummed but Straye reached out and let me know they would inform when when they get a re up. I appreciate the fact they were willing to keep me in the loop.

got the red fuegos laced them up and noticed some red chipping as I laced up the shoe .. didn’t think anything of it . I wore them for the day . didn’t get them wet or anything and when I get home I notice the white laces are red and my sock are red some the dye on the shoes . I contact customer support and they offered me $20 and wrote in all CAPS . person seemed mad , he wasn’t of any help at all. this company claims to be better than other company’s like vans .. I don’t think so … poor poor customer service .. john sorry to say but you shouldn’t be in customer service .. I won’t be buying from them again nor will I be recommending UPDATE : still bad customer service
