For one pair of shoes ordered, the difference between the woman 10 size compared to the 9.5 that I already have is very to much. The shoes is to large, doesn't stay in my feet, with sock, with an additional sole, with orthese; nothing work! It's to large, and nothin keep the feet inside. I ordered also a pair of mule, and each shoes colour of the pair is not exactly the same ; like of in a box and the other in the window, or I don't know ... Won't order from you again. You could just send me proper product... But it's true, it maybe not very nice from me. Sorry.

You could have just returned them and been nice about it. And don't be sorry. You won't be allowed to order from us again, even if you tried. Anyway, it's odd that you purchase a 9.5 and a 10 in Womens sizes and say we did not send you the correct product.
