I bought these straighteners In September 2025 and now have an error message coming up on the display. I’m not impressed that £120+ straighteners have broken after only a year. I emailed customer service with photos and my order confirmation but didn’t get a response.

No1! Not a chance. These straighteners are absolute garbage. All the hype and you get 3rd rate Chinese rubbish. DO NOT BUY Oh, and the lead is far to short!

This company must be a scam!!! Avoid at all cost! I bought online on strengthener and it never arrived. No phone on costumer services and when writing an email I got a reply saying that I will get a refund but never saw the money back. Scammers!

Researched the top 5 straightners and these were number 1. Their service however is 0. Confirmation email received along with 24 hour tracked delivery. Then no further emails explaining delay, or supply issues. No contact unless I contacted first. No number to call, just emails!!!! Extremely poor service- avoid ordering. I so wish there was a 0 rating!

Stravelle promised next day delivery free. I ordered this product on 27th June (for a birthday present) It did not turn up. Now (13th July) it has still not arrived. You cannot get through on the phone. I have demanded a refund withn no response. They were very quick to take my money. Appalling company. Do not order from them!!

Waste of time, useless customer service

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with, bought a pair for my wife to try as she usually likes GHD. She was not impressed, boxed up straight away as new to return as per their 30 day return guarantee!, I have now sent 4 emails and tried the phone number provided to no avail. I am now going to reach out to my bank to revers the charge and seek legal action against this company! Do not use them, avoid at all costs. I would give 0 stars if I could.
